“Socialinės paramos šeimai informacinė sistema SPIS” (Welfare for families’ informational system) is created to collect information and distribute energy subsidies. Heat and hot water subsidies are provided according to a strict and complex set of criteria (more here, in English: bit.ly/2EPZsrJ)
