Every year the programme is revised in terms of proposed measures and the amount of the budget, starting from 2007.
For standard and low-income households. Low-income households are:
a) low-income persons who are employed or one of the spouses is employed and the family’s monthly net income does not exceed 30,000 denars;
b) low-income persons who are retired or one of the spouses is retired and the family’s monthly net income does not exceed 20,000 denars;
c) vulnerable consumers as defined in the programme for protection of vulnerable energy consumers for 2021.

Beneficiaries should purchase the proposed measure and apply for reimbursement for the part of expenses as defined in the programme.
