Details

The Energodom programme consists of two packages: “Light package A” for the modernisation and replacement of engineering systems of the building; “Heavy package B” for complex modernisation of an apartment building. Due to artificial limitations of beneficiaries and bureaucratic red tape, they were not widely used.
