Early 2022, when the war broke out, we shared information on how you can support Ukraine and our partners in Odessa. Unfortunately, 8 months later, Ukrainians are still facing the terrible consequences of Russia’s invasion. Our hearts are with the people of Ukraine who are seeking shelter from the horrible events of the war and with those who are fighting for their rights and for their country.
Our hearts are especially with our Ukrainian partners of the Odessa Housing Union, who are responsible for the ComAct pilot in Odessa.
Our colleagues are safe, but the situation is critical and that is why we decided to use all possible channels, including ComAct ones, to show them the support they need in this war. Because of the war, our Ukrainian colleague Andrii cannot pay for her wife’s treatment who has multiple sclerosis (autoimmune disease). We are therefore collecting funds in order for Andrii to access the required medicine (total cost: UAH 198 000 or $5 300) by October 4th.
